How do you deal with setbacks?
I fell off the wagon last month and I’ve just been terrible with my diet - eating mostly junk and abandoning whole foods. It’s really been taking a toll in terms of how I feel and my energy levels but somehow it’s been difficult to get on top of my nutrition again.
For about 2 weeks now, I’ve been trying to prioritize whole foods again but I always find myself slipping up particularly with sweets. I try to get back on track each time but I can’t help but feel like I’m not making any progress and that I might gain back all the weight :( Desserts are my trigger food and while I wish I could completely get rid of them, I live with my family and they’re not health-conscious at all so I kinda have to deal with junk lying around the house.
