How to deal with an addiction to chips?
I'm a woman, 26 years, 5'3/1.59cm, 115lbs/52kg. I want to lose a few pounds. For my job I sit behind a desk a lot. I try to exercise a few times per week.
I eat quite healthy, but the only thing I struggle with is my chips (potato chip/crisp) addiction. I can eat an entire bag in one sitting, and eat it almost each day. I've tried eating popcorn as a replacement, but it just doesn't give the same satisfying feeling.
Afterwards I often feel super bad and am sick of myself and my behaviour. And the next day it all repeats. :(
What can I do to deal with this?
