Is it normal for your body to hurt so bad when just walking?
Because this isn’t a throwaway account I don’t want to give up too much information but I am 21 years old and VERY overweight. I have a very hard time walking distances and it’s frustrating. My back hurts and my calves and the bottoms of my feet everytime I need to walk long distances. I have to wear steel toe boots for my work but I can’t imagine that contributes a ton to my issue. I know losing weight is the answer, but is there anything I can do to strengthen my ability to walk quicker? This is my first post so please take it easy on me if I said anything incorrectly. Any and all advice is welcome.
