I've lost weight but I don't think I look much different
I'm a 25 year old guy. I started off at 225lbs/~102kg/16st 1lb and that was about a year and a half ago. Since then I've lost and regained and lost and regained with no real focus on dieting or exercise over that time. I've been averaging a weight of about 217lbs/15st 7lbs/~98kg and that's where I was as of about a month ago. Since then, I've stopped eating takeaways (which I ate several a week) and have just been eating less I think, and now I'm 200lbs/14st 4lbs/~90kg.
However, even after losing a fair amount of weight, I don't see a whole lot of difference? Like, I can tell I've lost weight to an extent but I still have boobs and noticeable love handles and a lot of flab so it kinda feels like nothing is happening?
Pics of me back in March 2020 vs Now
P.S. I hate my body to the point where I never take my t-shirt off unless I'm washing and I avoid mirrors at all costs, so it's taken a lot for me to upload these photos.
