not seeing any progress

hey everyone! i wanted to share (maybe rant about?) some things that have been very discouraging. i've started exercising almost daily (30 min daily cardio + lifting 3x a week) and have managed to keep it up for 2 weeks now - i'm trying to leave my extremely sedentary lifestyle behind since because of wfh and online classes i mostly sit all day and only leave the house for groceries and working out.

i've been feeling better than ever when it comes to my mood and mental state, for the first time I've felt that "endorphin rush" after exercising and it's certainly been a very pleasurable experience. however i am also trying to shed the 10kg (around 22lbs) i've put on due to COVID and, as far as i can see, have made absolutely zero progress whatsoever on that regard. i've been following CICO diligently (coming from an ED background i am no stranger to counting calories and keeping myself accountable) and eating at a slight deficit every day - TDEE would be around 1800 (5'3"/160cm and 138/63kg), consistently eating close to but never over 1350.

since I've started I've not only gained a few pounds but my measurements are all bigger than what they were before I started this whole journey. it's honestly so disappointing because although I know the scale can lie seeing my measurements increase too is a slap in the face. i'll keep at it but it's hard to not want to give up :(
