I just want to lose my belly, can't walk due to bone injury. Advice ?

For context, i will post a detailed report generated by Honor Scale 2 ( which i use to measure weight )

Now, for the circumstances - i have a knee injury, a bone bruise as some doctors would call it. it occurred some 4-5 months ago and i thought it would heal but there is still pain and there is no known medication for it. Just rest and 'giving it time'

i can't delay my fitness journey, because of that

in the summer, i used to run to lose weight and i really REALLY loved to run because i was a football player and i thought i was also training my stamina but all of that is impossible now .. because my knee starts to pain every time i run

and i can't even walk

i just want to lose my belly. But walking and using stationary cycle at the gym induces
slight pain and alot of fatigue in my injured knee .. and i don't know when it will heal

so apart from watching my calories, is there anything else i can do to lose my belly ?

my work is very sedentary , i just sit on PC / Laptop and i have little to no physical activity otherwise
