Should i trust what my pedal bike says about burnt calories?

So I do about an hour to an hour 25 minutes almost every evening (i find it gets me ready to sleep lol)

I have it on the highest resistance level, do a fairly quick/fast pace on it and after the session it says i did around 400 to 500, sometimes 600 calories ?

I know that there is like, a variable/percentage you should subtract bc/ of accuracy. But, even then it still feels like a lot and was just curious if my pedal bike is over estimating the cals?
