Sigh I gained all the weight back and then some. I lost weight the healthy way tried to change all my habits. It was such a slow process but I lost 15kg around 40lbs.
However I had exams and couldn’t work out as much I wouldn’t say I was overeating just not being active however the weight piled on so fast I just gave up. Now I have lost all my progress.
It’s so frustrating I want to start again but sometimes I feel like giving up because what’s the point. It feels like my body is betraying me.
So hard to lose so easy to gain.
Anyway I want to try again and also get some medical checks ups done. I will also do weekly check ins with this sub.
