How To Get Back on Healthy Journey
Mehhhn I've been at this for like a year ...I've made some pretty compromising decisions and it's made me effed up in the head and when I stress I eat and sleep which isn't really healthy. I started losing weight back in 2020 during quarantine in 2021 I stagnated and added some more kgs .... I feel like I have no community to help me/remind me that healthy=wealthy (mentally) Anyone with any tips on how they got back on the treadmill or started up with that meal
