I can’t get enough protein while cutting… help
So my TDEE is ~2000 cals. I’m currently attempting to eat at 1600.
The main thing pushing me over my daily count is the fact that I need more protein intake. I don’t want to lose months worth of lifting progress, but I want to cut my beer gut.
Unless I strictly plan all 3 meals every single day, I end up at around 100g of protein. Which causes me to want a protein shake in order to get my numbers up for the day.
It’s starting to feel like a lot of work just to loose a few pounds and keep a bit of muscle. I don’t want to eat chicken every day single day.
How do you get enough protein in a day on a cut ?
