Maintenance - What keeps you motivated once at your target weight?

**Warning - Binge/disordered eating **

I have worked very hard. Started at 215lbs and now hovering around 115lbs (I am 5'2). My willpower is so strong when I am sticking exactly to my plan. Nothing tempts me off target until I have to let myself eat more - in this case, the festive period. The moment I let myself have more/allow treats, I go straight to binging, the rope slips entirely through my hand and find it much harder to get my grip back. It has been a few weeks since Christmas and while I am still going to the gym and most days sticking to my plan, but I am struggling with cravings and giving in every few days. If I still had more weight to lose I think I would find it easier but as I am where I want to be, the fear of gaining the weight again is stressing me the hell out and making it all so much harder!!

So any advice on what helps you get back on the horse/keep going once the rewards of progress diminish would be very much appreciated! Thanks in advance!
