Should I do non cardio exercises if trying to lose weight?
Hey I'm 19 years old (M) and weigh around 100kg/220lbs (182cm/6') I'm eating around 1600 calories a day and I do an hour of walking everyday at night.
Every morning for a couple of weeks now I've been doing these home workouts that I found for 20 minutes (pushups, burpees, squats etc.).
My question is, is it useful to do these exercises or should I replace them with an hour of walking in the morning as well?
