As long as I am in a calorie deficit, does it matter how much protein I eat?
I always hear how important protein is in weight loss, but I struggle with consuming the recommended amount of protein.
I noticed my weight loss has been kind of slow, even though I am usually in a 250-500 calorie deficit every day. Apart from 1 day on the weekend when I go over.
If I change my diet to eat the same amount of calories, but having more protein than carbs, will that speed up weight loss?
