Is my next step lifting?
Well hey y'all
I'm around 143lbs / 5'38" and trying to turn my excess fat into muscle. I mainly do cardio atm, means I got a walking pad for in the office. I walk between 10k and 15k steps a day now, 5 days a week since around 3 months. I don't weight myself due to past EDs, but I see a difference in my clothes. So far so good. But I want to speed things up a little.
Do you recommend lifting weights? If so, with what routine should I begin with? If you could provide any information or guideline, I'd be extremely thankful.
I was thinking about getting a rowing machine for at home, but I'm unsure. Any opinions are welcome!
