15kg down, 40 to go.
I've always been overweight, but lockdown and work from home made things a lot worse. In 2 years I put on 20 kg on top of my weight.
In March I went on a diet and so far lost 15 kg. I still have a long way to go, but I feel better already and my wardrobe options improved.
I really don't want to restrict my diet further, so I'll start exercising if I hit a plateau. Looking at the tracking, that may happen soon-ish.
