Advice please
So I (30 f 5’0 190lbs) have been trying to lose weight for years. I am eating 1200-1400cal a day But still not losing weight. Maybe 1lb a month, tops. I am tracking every gram, every ml of oil, sauce etc so I don’t think my tracking is too far off! I try and stay active, work out 3x a week, walk as much as possible, but still the weight won’t shift. I used to rely on food for comfort, but recently I have been able to avoid binges, if I do, I make sure it’s within my cals. Where am I going wrong?
