Advise: i’m currently 350lb 18 year old trying to lose weight and gain muscle

i hate cardio, but will do it whenever I can muster the motivation, lifting by far is my favorite, and dominates the workout I set up for myself , especially pressing (I bench 88 pounds pretty easily with a cheap curl bar, but i’m saving up for an actual barbell and weights since the curl bar can’t anymore plates). I don’t want to be too small as I progress, i want to eventually get down to a bulky physique similar to a powerlifting to replace my largeness from majority fat to majority muscle, but I don’t really have a clear path or understanding of how i’ll get there despite my research, but I’ve regularly began practicing the three lifts. I’ve set it as my long term goal, but my short term is losing my first 5 pounds. I’ve cut down to eating 1,500 calories, refraining from sugar, trying to drink more water, not eating past 8pm, all because advice i’ve gotten from other redditors, which are also helped to motivate me, along with the fact i’m going to college in a few months and hope to have my weight lost plan established by then. Any advice?
