Am I lightly or moderately active?
Hello! I’d be very grateful if anyone would be able to help me choose my activity level to calculate my current TDEE.
I am working part time as a childcare worker, but on my days off I am mostly relaxing at home, with a couple of errands throughout the day (picking up the kids at school, getting groceries etc). I go on a brisk walk 45-60 minutes every day, 20-30 minutes elliptical session 2-3 times a week and strength training 3 times a week (just resistance bands, not weights). I also do yoga a few times a week.
