Are my macros correct?
Female, 30yrs, 174cm & 70kg
GW: 63kg
Doing IF, CICO and cutting down on carbs (not fully keto but a bit lol). I eat twice a day.
My goal is to loose body fat. Want to loose 1kg/week at least and just get a more toned body. Have a lot of belly fat.
TDEE calculator says 1800cal but im thinking maybe 1600cal? I feel very full on 1600.
Do you think my macros are ok?: Protein: 140g Fat: 98g Carbs: 40g
I’m going to the gym 2-3 times/week and tennis once/week. Walking 20-40 mins 2-4 times/week.
Also, does it matter how much protein i eat in one sitting?
I keep changing my macros because i read different things everywhere so now i dont feel like i know what im doing anymore. Very confused so appreciate all the help i can get.
