DAY 3!
It's Day 3!
I have done my 12-minute workout for 3 continuous days and I can already notice changes in my endurance. I don't get tired as easily as I used to, and my technique while doing certain Ab exercises has improved!
I will say, that I am not perfect. I have lived a very sedentary life for the past 3 years, and any flexibility I used to have from my past experience and expertise in Yoga and Gymnastics is gone.
I wish to progress from simple 12-minute workouts very soon, but I also do not want to aim too far, fail miserably, and give up my entire journey as a result.
Please take it easy on me haha.
Current weight- 70kg
BMI- 27.3 (Overweight)
