help needed - starting my journey today
I am starting my losing weight journey today and I need as much advice as possible.
I am 25, 5'8, 143lbs (F) and my ideal weight would be 121lbs.
I have always been a sporty person, but lately I have been gaining weight from wfh and lack of exercise. I am looking to make a list of things to do/not to do in order to achieve my ideal weight in a quick but healthy and sustainable way.
I would really appreciate any advice, recommendation of workout or eating habits (trying to avoid saying "diet"), any apps or content creators that would help me.
I would also love to see what approach worked best for women in my situation.
