Road from 192 lbs back to 165. Would love your support!
Hey everyone. I was on here some time ago with my success story, where i dropped from 330+ to 165lbs. Pics in link: ( https://imgur.com/AkMJ798 )
But time has made me lackluster. I've been partying too much, visited the united states (im from the netherlands) to visit my girlfriend there, and everything is just way too yummy there, and decided not to care too much about my weight.
I am now back to a dissappointing 192lbs. And im starting my journey back to reaching my goal. How long do you guys think it will take to get back on track? I have a big thing in the start of august that i would like to look good for. Think this is attainable?
I lost most of my weight with the keto diet, and regular exercises (3 times a week). I am thinking about making things a little more intense by adding the OMAD (one meal a day) fasting. Do you think this is too much? Any help and support would be appreciated.
Love all of you. You helped me lose my weight before, lets go for it again shall we??
