Same Weight, Different Measurements
Back in 2018, I set off on a weight loss journey. I never stepped on the scale at my highest, but I was probably around 200lbs (5’4F). I started weighing myself after I began my changes to my diet and exercise routine. I also took my body measurements everytime I weighed in, and so my first page of my little weight loss journal looked as follows: Weight: 13.5 st / 86kg / 190lbs Chest: 98cm / 38.6in Waist: 79cm / 31.1in Hips: 107cm / 42in Thigh: 72cm / 28in
I lost 3 stone (around 40lbs) in just short of a year! My measurements of course went down a lot too. But alas, here I am, having put all the weight back on. Except my measurements are different this time round. As of this morning, I’m 186lbs - but my measurements are (in inches) 36/28/39/23. I’m baffled, but nonetheless I want to return to the weight I got down to. I’m just worried it might be harder to reduce my measurements now.
Sorry for having a bit of a ramble, but I wondered if anyone else has experienced the same.
