358>219..Reaching my first goal weight. Progress pic.

Hey everyone!!

I haven't posted on here in a bit. For a bit of back story, I started my journey on March 2021 at 358 and I'm now 219.

220 was my goal weight for a very long time but as soon as I hit 230 I knew it wouldn't end there. My new goal weight is now 190 and I want to get more muscular.

I've been walking 10km 3-4times a week and doing strength training at home few times a week, still counting my calories but a little more loosely as I'm more active and also, I just no longer worry about the scale not that I ever really did. I know what I'm doing and I know it's working.

I also never weight anything, eyeballing, package infos and measuring cup/tbsp for very few things. I just never weighed anything during my whole journey. I guess, I'm lucky to be tall and be able to loosely count knowing that regardless if I'm 100-200cals off that it's truly no big deal as I'm active and never really overeat anymore. At least, to me it's no big deal as long as the weight is going down and so far it never fail to.

I won't lie, last month I had restaurant/takeout a few times during the month, felt great to just enjoy pizza and rotisserie chicken in moderation obviously and not have to think about cooking. In Summer I find it hard to find the motivation to cook but I'm slowly coming around it again.

Overall, I found a good balance and I'm sticking to it.

Had a few rough things going on in my life last month, stressful situations, I didn't turn to food, just sat with my feelings and kept working out, had a week of maintenance break and that's about it which is pretty healthy to me. I'm proud of myself for not turning to food.

Loose skin is very much there and I'm okay with it. I'm obsessed with my face and the shape that my body has, even the body parts I used to hate, I love. I can't wait to get more muscular, toned and keep losing, I just love the process of seeing my body transforme. I truly love this whole journey.
