Am I being impatient, or is something not right?

Hey all, feeling pretty demotivated and could do with some advice!

I'm not hugely overweight (26F, 5"4, 153lbs) but I certainly want to trim down, as just a few years ago I was roughly 126lbs.

I've managed this before, the weight melted off pretty fast (got to 147lbs in about a month) before poor mental health got in my way and I was back up to 154lbs. But this time it feels like something is different, I've been eating well for 2 weeks, calorie counting and exercising, and I've been in a deficit almost every day. However, I've not moved a single pound off, I am the exact same starting weight.

Obviously 2 weeks in I'm not expecting a total transformation, but to not even lose ONE pound seems weird to me. Thoughts? Possible that I'm not calorie counting right? Am I just being impatient? Something to ask my doctor about maybe?

Any advice is massively appreciated!
