every now and then.

After a depressing day of eating pizza and one beer (lots of willpower for that), yesterday and feeling depressed last night and into this morning, I want to share with everyone that I'm at 220 pounds.

Maybe 7 years ago, I was at my worst. 263 pounds and depressed to the point of well, it was bad.

So... I've been stuck at this weight for a while give or take a few pounds.

It seems impossible to me to get to my goal weight of 185 (normal BMI for me).

But it's not.

I'm in a much better place than years ago.

I can do this, and so can you.

Fall down seven times, get up eight.
