Hate workout, need to lose weight diet not enough
Hi everybody. Title says it all. I've 90kg, 1.73m.
I hate working out, but the fastest way for me to lose weight is if I ally workout with diet. I don't like to go to the gym also.
Considering training exercises that I have done, I can tolerate to do the following:
3x week 20-30 minute run, divided into 20 seconds near peak running and 40 seconds walking 2x week (not on running days) : 1 day upper body dumbell workout 1 day lower body dumbell workout
I have a friend who regularly goes to the gym and he says that only doing 1x a week of muscle workout, won't do almost anything.
My goal is just to lose weight and slightly define my muscles. I'd like to lose 10kg on the following 3 months.
Going on a diet along with these exercises, do you think that it will be enough?
