kettleball swings while fat help ?
i have added kettleball to my routine that is usually just squats and biking / other cardio. i am having issues doing kettleball swing though… i am wondering if i should just wait to add that or if there is a modified version for fat people. i have an apron stomach and large thighs so swinging it between my legs like i seen fit trainers do is kind of impossible for me? Does anyone know of there is a modified version for people with bodies like mine or should i just stick to using kettleball with squats and deadlifts et cetera
i suffer from back pain as a result of car accident and i’ve heard that kettleball scan help a lot with that + of course weight loss and strengthened muscles will help so i’d rly like to find out the best way to maneuver this
