235 --> 199 3 months, Halfway toward my goal.
I weigh-in every day, so I'm sure I haven't said goodbye to the 200's for good, but this feels soo good. Probably the single most effective thing I've done is put a stop to the binge eating, i've been using cico, but it's understanding the emotional relationship with food that has helped me the most.
3 months ago this seemed so insanely far away.. To those of you just starting out, stick with it, and be healthy doing it. You can't exercise your way out of a bad diet, and extreme starvation disguised as a diet doesn't work either. Find out why you eat what you eat and how much you eat.
