Running
Hi there! I am planning to start running as a way to help with weight loss. Any tips on how to start? Im relatively active but i usually go out of breath when i run.
Not sure if it helps, I gradually lost 32 pounds in 20 months. Im currently working out using Caroline Girvan’s Epic program, but im not losing the expected weight although I am in calorie deficit. It might be that i am losing fat but gaining muscle weight? Any insight about this would help as well :)
