Weighed in Yesterday and Got Back on the Right Track
5'8 Male for Reference
From December 2020 - February 2021, I lost 110+ lbs, going from 261 to 147 Lbs. Hopped back up to 157 Lbs over the past few months.
A few good days of back to basics with eating (CICO and protein focus), in addition to normal exercise (Jogging, pushups, sit-ups - I hate the Gym and subscriptions...), and I dropped down to 151 lbs. Obviously not all fat, likely lots of water and I could have been bloated when I weighed at 157 Lbs, but feels good to have a good few days and see that number move in the right direction.
Gonna keep grinding and see what the body and this gut looks like at 140 Lbs.
