Weight loss plateau followed by rapid drop
F, 5’5 SW: 218 CW: 163 GW: 150
So, through all of May, June and early July—I didn’t think I would drop below 170. I was stuck, but I searched the threads here and determined that since I had changed my workout routine quite a bit, that I should keep going, so I did. I also dropped my calories by 100.
Well, on the 14th, I weight got out of the 170’s and weighed 167.8. Today, I’m 163.5. For the past 3 days, I’ve been losing roughly 1/2 lb per day.
I know I tend to lose weight in burst, but my rate of loss is scaring me a bit. Should I count this as maybe a bit of the weight loss that alluded me May and June or up my calories? I’m weighing all my food (I have been for quite some time so I’m sure of the accuracy). HIIT 3x weekly with cardio after HIIT and separately 2-3x weekly as well. Sedentary job.
