What is your best ‘keep it going during plateau’ advice?
Hello amazing community! I have hit my first real plateau 6 month into my journey. I am down 25,8 lbs (11,7kg) and I will not budge this last week. I started at 227lbs and have been stuck between the same 4 pounds. I have so far only adjusted my eating as I am biking to and from work everyday but will start weight training as of today. I know plateaus are part of the journey and I know that I need to keep going, but I would love some good tips/advice to make the ‘push trough’ easier! Hit me ☺️
