4 weeks into my new lifestyle
I'm 1 month into my new lifestyle now where I have cut out all fast food, sugary snacks (all snacks actually), I strictly only drink water and have 3 balanced meals per day. I weighed myself on week 2 and seen that I had lost 0.2kg and have just weighed myself on week 4 again to see that I have just gained that 0.2kg back. Quite frustrating! I haven’t been tracking my calories closely (for example weighing little ingredients like sauce but intentionally not using a lot of them) but generally will add it into my fitness pal if it is an item with a barcode that can be scanned. Still I would have expected to have lost some weight by just not eating junk food at all?
