6xl to 4xl after 6 weeks
Hi, first of all I'm new here and to Reddit sort of. I've never really actively used Reddit so I'm still learning what to do and what not.
I'm happy to see a community for weight loss. It brings joy to hear of everyone's successes and helps to read of all the pointers and tips.
I started out my weight loss journey last year I began around 195kg and made it down to 185kg before I gave up with all the stresses of my mental health, being diagnosed with schizophrenia and struggling for a bit.
I gained a lot of weight when I went back to school I would eat fast food about 4 times a week. And even order it on my day off. Once I finished school I got a job and began eating a lot of fast food again. I would have desert nearly every night.
I don't quite remember what sparked my weight loss the second time. I think I was watching a show on TLC about a heavy family and I thought "jeez that could be me" so all of a sudden I ran and got the scale to weigh myself... 184.5kg ever since that night I've been lifting weights and walking every day, eating smaller portions and making healthier choices.
And about 6 weeks from that day I'm down to 162.8kg and fit perfectly into a 4xl.
I've been a bit sick recently but I've kept to my routine and I'm hoping to reach another milestone soon.
But I'm definitely excited to go out on the town tomorrow in my fresh new 4xl shirt.
So happy with myself.
