Advice needed (23m, 300 lbs)
I want to shed weight a.s.a.p., I am starting out by cutting out sugar, drinking more water, eat wayy less (not CICO sadly) and also going to the gym.

Well I try to cut out sugar but I am pretty sure it is readily available in everything I eat or drink so I am not actually sure how to combat this. Like I really love fruit and veggies and always eat out.

I drink around 1.5 to 2 litres of water a day but I am unsure if I should drink more?

I use the treadmill for 2km (is this enough?) and then start my other workout, can anyone advise me which types of machine are actually beneficial for trimming down? I also build my arm and back during my workout with tricep extension, shoulder press, etc.

Are Boosts shake allowed? They make a drink I really like!

Would any supplements be a good addition?

I always knew CICO is good but I have no resource access to it (no kitchen scale, no calorific value of food during eating out, etc.). What are my other options?
