How do I manage to get discipline?!
I want to lose weight now for more than 4 years again and again. And every time I start and fall off the wagon. Why? Because I love to eat! But deep down I know that it is not good. I always maintain the discipline for 1-2 weeks and then I break in. For example, if I go to a restaurant with family and friends and cheat once, my discipline is over and I go back to my old pattern. How do I maintain the discipline? Have you had similar experiences? And if so, how did you manage it?
