Can’t workout for 4 - 5 days, will this ruin my progress?

Hello, It’s been around 2 weeks(or maybe a little more) working out at the gym and currently on a cut ! Only lost a few pounds though.

Today I got a surgery on my skin and I’m not allowed to sweat too much, so I can’t workout for around 4 - 5 days for healing. I’m scared that this will bring me back to my starting weight because I’ll need to eat what my parents make me but not being able to be active..I’m just not allowed to move around a lot in general. I know it sounds silly…but I’m actually worried :(

Will this ruin my progress? I know 2 weeks isn’t a lot but I am still scared of gaining weight back to my starting point. What can I do?
