I figured out the perfect maintenance plan for me...
... only issue is I havent lost any of the weight yet.
Long story short I lost 23 kg in 2018 and slowly gained them all back. All this year I have been trying to lose it and I just keep going up and down the same 3-5 kilos.
I eat well during the week, stick to OMAD and 1400cal, I manage to fit in some sweets too, its all super easy for me. I swim twice a week and I have been ogling the treadmill in the spare room for a while, just need to actually get on it.
Then, the weekend comes and thats when I undo all my progress. I eat what I want and when i want and I find a way to justify it. Now 7 months later I have come to the realization that this is the way for me to maintain weight. How cool, right?
All I need now is to actually lose it...
