Low calory honey mustard flavored snacks/dishes

Ok guys, after having my third kids and hitting the forties, my taste seems to be shifting. Sone things I absolutely used to love aren't interesting anymore and I find myself craving things I never liked before.

Right now, I really love anything honey-mustard flavored. If I start on honey-mustard pretzel bites, I just can't stop. And I really really should limit my caloric intake.?

Do you have any ideas of sensible not too high calory snacks that are honey mustard flavored? Or dishes? Also, I'm not in the US, so plus points if it's something I can prepare by myself.

Please help me out.
