Need encouragement…
I have always struggled with my weight. Before I got pregnant with my first child who is now 3, I was a upper range of healthy weight… now I am obese. I’m 167cm and about 108kg. I have two kids now and I’m incredibly depressed. There’s a lot of heart issues in my dads side of the family, which are hereditary and I have to be monitored by a cardiologist. On top of this, my first daughter was born with congenital heart defects and spent a lot of time in hospital which also worsened my depression a lot. It’s so hard for me to get into the mind set to make this change but I’m ready to as I want to set a good example and also fix my own health. If anyone has some tips for starting and sticking to this change of life style I’d really appreciate it.
