Personal Scale with "precise" composition measurement
Hi,
I want to buy a new personal scale, with good composition measurement.
I read many reviews, etc., and it seems like the best two options for a lower price are Beurer BF-105 and Tanita RD-953, but I'm still undecisive about what to buy because I saw some ppl to like other scales like Withings Body+ or some Omron scales, etc.
I'm currently changing my lifestyle and I want to know if I'm doing it right or not. I had bariatric surgery almost 5 months ago so I need to check if I'm losing fat and not my muscles. I can go to the doctor to get a reading from inbody 270, but it costs about 20-30 euros every single time, so I want to spend some money to be able to get some reading by myself. I know those scales can't be compared to professional scales like those from inbody, but still, I would like to get the best reading for not much high a price as possible. I would love to have a mobile app connected to it, so I can see some graphs, etc.
Thanks for any tips.
