Sacrifices for weight loss
I’m just curious what has everyone sacrificed to be on this weight loss journey. For me, I had to give up some opportunities which would add more time to my schedule so that I could make time to go to the gym almost everyday. Also had to give up a bit of a social life as well to make time for the gym and doing groceries more often/cooking healthy food instead of eating out. Having extra time in my schedule has allowed me to not make the “too busy” excuses I used to make.
