The numbers just don't make sense anymore
Hi all,
I've been active in this community for a whole now, feeling like I understood all basic principles of weight loss. Today I stepped on the scale and my weight hasn't changed last 10 days. While writing this I came to the conclusion that 10 days is not very long, but it still bothers me. And I like some advice.
I'm 66.6 kg right now. My BMR should be just under 1590 kcal because I'm 25f and 167 cm.
I started working out more seriously at the start of August. Doing a strength based fitness routine 2 to 3 times a week and go indoor climbing at least once every week (but that's more a thing with friends and not really productive). Next to that I ride my bike to work 4-5 times a week which really gets my heart rate up as I try to avarage above 20 km/h most trips.
With all of this, I think my AMR would be at least 2400. I get the same feedback from my fitbit, with an average just below 2500 calories per day. This seems about right to me. According to MFP I've been eating 2000 kcal on average this month. Even when overestimating the calories burned I would still think I'm in a deficit of at least 250 kcal.
I'm aiming for at least 100 grams of protein to build some muscle.
I'm sorry for the wall of text, I hope someone can give me some pointers as I feel lost
