Weight loss journey
I currently weigh 208 pounds 5’9 and even at a deficit seem to have problems losing the weight I want to lose. I want to know a good way to lose this last bit of stubborn pounds. 10-15 pounds hopefully by October! Thank you and please give me advice I need it. I really don’t know what to do but I really want to be in the best shape of my life. Also advice on foods and or ways to stay motivated are appreciated. I don’t care much for muscle definition right now because I already feel pretty muscular I just want to cut down. I want to know the best way to cut.
