Confused?

19 Female, 5'3 & 147lbs. So I've been on a Calorie Deficit for about 6 weeks. My scale didn't go down, I don't know if I'm doing this right or wrong. Although I did see a little bit of change on my body. I lost 3 inches on my waist, 1 inch on my arm. I don't know if I'm losing muscle or fat.

I've been thinking on maybe adding Cardio with my Calorie Deficit. I'm so desperate to lose fat because our school starts next month. November 7th. I have been so insecure about my body and I've been always so afraid of getting bullied because I got bullied before in the same school.

My TDEE says that my maintenance is 1,735 Calories. I did cut 200 because I am still new. So, here's the thing.

Cardio (Walking on Treadmill for an hour)

Calorie Deficit

Will that help me out?
