feeling gross/excessively full after eating junk foods?

Ever since I have made it a habit to take up healthier habits and yeet junk foods out of my diet effectively cold turkey, I notice that when I do eat junk food, I feel excessively full very quickly and kinda gross in the aftermath.

This happens with things like McDonald’s and KFC, where the foods are very calorie dense and oily. I had a few small chocolates less than an hour ago and I’m feeling it all kick in, hence I’m making this post right now and going to take a good walk to hopefully burn some of those excess calories off.

Does the digestion system just reject unhealthy foods once it has been primed to pretty much have only healthy and non or low processed items?
