Gaining back weight I already lost 😫 how can I get back on track?
I’ve (28/F) been overweight/obese for most of my life. I finally managed to achieve my goal weight towards the latter part of 2021 and have never felt healthier. I’ve been able to maintain it for a while with diet and physical activity.
I got COVID in July then Dengue in August and haven’t been able to workout and keep a healthy diet since. It doesn’t help that I took a holiday trip to Europe for two weeks and was, at the time, content to enjoy the local cuisine.
It’s been a few weeks since I got back and I feel so ugh. It feels like I’ve just lost what I worked so hard to achieve and I’m worried I won’t be able to do it again.
What can I do to break out of this headspace?
