Hungry after school, should I eat something or just deal?

15 y/o female, 166cm, 65kg, sedentary

My meal plan is as follows

Breakfast:

2 eggs

2 slices high fibre low gi white bread

1 cup skim milk

Recess:

Serving of some sort of fruit

Lunch:

2 tbsp natural peanut butter

2 slices high fibre low gi bread

Dinner:

Whatever parents cook

So, what’s your opinion? Too much? Too little? Thank you for taking time out of your day to read this, your advice is appreciated
