Recommended ways to fix my diet?
Hello I'm a 5'1 female that weighs about 58 kgs. I'm a teen and I was wondering how I can fix my diet, I do have protein shakes available at my house but the problem is that I don't know what to pack and eat for school and most of the time I buy food for lunch at school such as: Sushi, Pie, BLTS or sometimes Macdonalds when I get the time. And every once in a couple weeks I end up getting either candy or an energy drink. I really want to cut down on the sugar and cravings but I don't know where and how to start, and I don't know what sugar alternatives I can eat or have (And i also want to save my money especially.) Lastly I do have a gym at home and I do 3 workouts a week that include weights that focus either on the lower/upper body, but sometimes I can't stay consistent to that routine because I either feel lazy or tired from my job.
